The E31A Visa is an Indonesian limited stay visa specifically for foreign nationals who are legally married to an Indonesian citizen (WNI). It allows the foreign spouse to reside in Indonesia with their Indonesian partner for an extended period while complying with Indonesian immigration laws.
Document Requirement:
- Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
- Proof of having living expenses.
- Latest color photograph.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Travel Itinerary.
- Application from husband or wife (Indonesian Citizen).
- Evidence that the foreigner has lawfully married such as:
– if the marriage is conducted outside the Indonesian Teritory: proof of reporting or registration at the Indonesian Mission or at the authorized agency in Indonesia, and a marriage certificate that has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator except written in Englis, or;
– if the marriage is conducted in the Indonesian Teritory: marriage or marriage certificate issued by an authorized ministry or institution.

EXTENSION :
IDR 10,000,000 (INCLUDE VISA FEE, SPONSORSHIP, AND AGENT’S FEE). This process requires you to visit the nearest immigration office to have your photo taken for each extension process.
